RCD Core Training 2: Closing the Exits Off the Road to Responsibility

For a student to be successful in school and in life, the responsibility for behavior needs to shift to that student. The goal of RCD is to help students build the muscle of self-control while becoming accountable for their actions and growth. Punishment and reward do little to help motivate a student to perform a desired behavior when the task requires thinking differently. This course helps educators recognize and block a student from taking an exit off the road to responsibility.
