What Attendees Liked Most about RCD Institute:
– RCD Panel –
“The ideas presented in the training have the potential to be game changing to the work I do so I enjoyed it all. The panel stood out as particularly important. It gave a great picture from people in the trenches and how it has affected their school.”
– Help for struggling staff –
“We were able to dive deeper into RCD and the challenging moments when a Give ’em Five needs a few go arounds. The ideas presented about staff who are struggling with implementation were very helpful. Breaking down the GivemFive into “digestible” ideas was also very helpful to bring back for those staff that are struggling.”
– REFRESH AND GROWTH –
“Having a few years of RCD under our belt, this was a great way to get a refresh and allowed me to start thinking of next steps.”
