Drivers will learn to recognize potential hazards, such as blind spots, inattentive motorists and unsafe student behaviors, to prevent accidents. The course emphasizes the importance of proper communication, clear signaling and accurate student counting to ensure no child is left behind or in danger. Additionally, it addresses common risks, such as clothing or backpacks getting caught in doors, and best practices for responding to emergencies.   • Safely Approaching and Managing Bus Stops – Learn to position the bus correctly, minimize distractions, and use signals and mirrors to ensure student safety at every stop.
