Replicating “IT-ability” for Building Rapport with Students: Dr. William Noel

Creating relationships that lead to a welcoming and productive learning environment can be replicated, according to Dr. William Noel.  He also says that being “PASIYV” goes a long way in building bonds with students.

Dr. Noel is Director of Student Support & Disciplinary Review Office for Henrico County Public Schools. He will present a keynote session entitled Color Brave: Strategies for Becoming a More Culturally Competent School in Orlando.  He will also present a pre-conference session in Las Vegas.

The School Climate & Culture Forum features practical, real-world initiatives that are successfully transforming the quality, character and personality of schools. It showcases programs, assessments and tools proven to improve school culture and climate. Evidence-based and research-based interventions will be introduced, while the forum also highlights high-potential efforts currently being implemented in the laboratory of everyday school life.
